Eagle Charter Schools of Nevada

After working with another developer and failing to find a suitable facility solution, Eagle reached out to Odyssey Partners. In the course of 10 months, Odyssey found an existing building that would serve the school well, negotiated the purchase, received a conditional use permit through Clark County, raised over $4M of equity, secured $11M of debt financing, and closed on the property. Odyssey completed the comprehensive remodel in 9 months and on budget.

Elko Institute for Academic Achievement

Elko Institute for Academic Achievement

EIAA has successfully operated for over 10 years, serving the K-8 students in Elko. After leasing for its entire existence, EIAA secured USDA funding for a new facility, but needed help executing. After soliciting proposals to manage their project, Odyssey was selected as the successful bidder. Initially the school wanted to build a brand new building. Odyssey assisted in the design, due diligence, and construction processes. After receiving three competitive bids that were all at least $5M over their budget, Odyssey assisted EIAA in changing gears, acquiring an existing building on favorable terms and managing the remodel in time to open school in August 2024.

Uintah River High School

Uintah River High School

The Ute Native American Tribe opened Uintah River High School to serve its members. From opening until now, the school has operated in an old manufacturing building that has very little natural light, plumbing that always causes fits, and too many other issues to mention. Odyssey Partners is working in conjunction with the tribe as an owner's rep to design, permit, and construct a brand new high school and adult education center that will last for generations to come. Odyssey is also managing a large infrastructure project to serve the school and community.

Nancy Jay Industrial Park

Odyssey has partnered with LM Construction on this development project. We have completed the first 2 of 8 buildings located on the northeast corner of Eagle Rock Street and Nancy Jay Street. When fully completed, the park will total 327,984 sf of rentable space. Each of the 8 buildings will have 4 dock high loading doors and 2 grade level doors.

Fully leased as a sale leaseback transaction with Packaging Matters, an aluminum rolling company. Odyssey facilitated the permanent financing, negotiated the long-term lease, and raised the necessary equity.

Siempre Reception and Event Center

Odyssey joint ventured and served as project and construction manager on this high-end wedding and event center at the South Mountain Golf Course in Draper, UT. Odyssey also led the charge in securing the long term financing. Siempre has been featured twice in People Magazine.
