Mike Glauser is a founding partner of Odyssey Partners and serves as President of the Company. From Mike’s diverse project experience, he has expertise in project sourcing, construction management, project management, lease negotiation, and entitlement processing. He has developed over 1.8 million square feet of real estate and has over 17 years of experience in real estate development and management. Mike has a degree in Linguistics and a Business Management minor from BYU, as well as a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah. Mike is a licensed real estate agent.

Brent Pace is a founding partner of Odyssey Partners and serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Throughout Brent’s 20 years in real estate, he’s gained expertise in financial modeling, project management, lease negotiation, and entitlement processing. He has developed over 2 million square feet of real estate including charter schools, office buildings, and housing redevelopments. Brent has a degree in Political Science from the University of Utah as well as an MBA from the University of California - Berkeley, Haas School of Business where he graduated with honors. He also received a Certificate in Real Estate from the Fisher Center for Real Estate. Brent is a licensed real estate agent.

Mark serves as a board member for Odyssey Partners, bringing his nearly 40 years of experience in commercial real estate to the team. Currently Mark serves as a Senior Partner at The Gardner Company developing large scale office park, mixed-use, and senior living communities. Mark’s real estate career started in 1984 at the Boyer Company where he worked as a project manager and senior partner for almost 30 years. Mark is currently a Senior Partner at The Gardner Company. Mark has a degree in economics from the University of Utah and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
